My Turning Point…
In late 2019 I was madly in love with a beautiful soul, and I wanted to be present with him and melt into ecstasy together as we made love. I had studied tantra and knew plenty of breathwork and energy work tools. But many times I could only experience orgasm if I closed my eyes and immersed myself in a mental fantasy world that felt disempowering and disconnecting. I felt incredibly frustrated that I STILL had to resort to using mental fantasies to orgasm, despite having been on a 12-year journey of sexual healing by that point - prompted by a realisation that “There must be more to sex than what I’m currently experiencing!” in my early 20s.
Finally, in 2020, the answer came: I learned the embodiment tools which actually allowed me to attune to the sensitivity of my yoni, and to work with the subconscious neural networks that had been keeping me stuck in a limited range of habitual sexual behaviours. I began a regular pleasure practice using these tools. This process opened the doorway for me to whole realms of pleasure… cervical orgasms that leave me crying in ecstasy… energy orgasms while breathing in the scent of mother nature… hours-long connected lovemaking experiences with my last partner where I experienced surrender like never before.
