Pleasure, expansion, abundance!
Six months ago I started working with a new coach and in our first session we explored my intention. What came through was ‘I open myself to receive unimaginable pleasure.’ And this has started me off on a crazy beautiful journey exploring more and more ways to invite joy and ease and expansion and abundance into my life. Tapping into new levels of orgasmic mastery was one of my main goals when starting the work with her in August, but this work is about SO much more than sexual pleasure.
This is about stepping into a life of full abundance and juiciness and ease on EVERY level. About feeling worthy to receive deep love, profound sexual pleasure and easeful financial freedom. To believe I can have ALL of these things at the same time! Being able to hold that much expansion and joy in the nervous system without feeling overloaded or afraid it’s all going to be taken away from me.
This process is not always easy, for sure. As we say ‘yes!’ to the next level of expansion, the universe is going to show us all the places where we are subconsciously holding on to things that are keeping us small and out of alignment with that new expanded version of self. And these things will have to come up for loving witness and release, like a snake shedding its old too-tight skin as it grows. This means allowing ourselves to find our trigger points and lovingly sit with the emotion that is provoked. Allowing things and people that are not aligned with who we are becoming slip away out of our field.
Asking for help, opening to receive, following my inner guidance to the people whose work feels aligned in order to help me find and release these limitations have all been important steps for me. I am letting go of the attachment to having a certain figure on my saving account balance to give me an illusion of safety (that can only ever truly come from deeper connection to the Divine truth within), and I am INVESTING in myself, over and over again, trusting that this investment is very soon going to be repaid many times over. It feels like I am on a cosmic jet plane of expansion right now. Enough playing small, enough waiting around, time for the next level of magic. And then the next, and the next - infinite levels of expansion and abundance and pleasure to explore!
