Transformation Session
These sessions are intended to help you work through blocks that are currently affecting your life. If you feel stuck in some way this session will help you gently release whatever no longer serves you, integrate the learning with love and come out the other side feeling a deeper sense of ease, clarity, empowerment and peace.

We will work together to identify the root cause or limiting beliefs that underlie the challenge in your life. We will bring compassion and understanding to these places, releasing any stuck energy across all timelines and dimensions. Finally, we will invite in new beliefs that do serve you instead, and anchor in that vibration so that you can carry it forwards into your daily life. You will receive new codes and downloads to help integrate this new belief in every cell.
Each of these sessions is a totally unique co-creation depending upon your needs, but some of the things we can do include:
- Inner child work
- Integrating shadow aspects of the self
- Energetic cord cutting with others
- Forgiveness of self/another
- Past life healing
- Releasing genetic/ancestral patterns and trauma

These sessions are intuitive and flow in response to whatever comes up for you in the moment. Each one is totally unique, organically co-created using a range of the tools I work with: Theta Healing, Reiki, guided visualisation, light language sound healing, ritual and channelled guidance. Profound shifts are possible in even one session - you can think of this as being like a deep tissue massage for your whole energy body and psyche, whereas the Divine Feminine Embrace is more like a relaxing aromatherapy massage!
To further help you integrate the new beliefs after the session, I also create personalised audio recordings which are designed to directly access the subconscious mind. I create a personalised audio using the affirmations and downloads that came through from you in the session. This can be a very powerful tool to help you stay grounded in the new vibration after the session when you go back to your daily life. These can be purchased as an add-on below.
