Our sexuality truly is a divine gift: it is the creative, expansive, life-giving impulse of the Universe, expressed through our bodily forms in a deliciously pleasurable way. The natural blueprint for humanity is for us to feel fully at ease with our bodies and sexuality, to embrace them with joy. To be free, uninhibited and multi-orgasmic in our sexual expression and pleasure...
... and yet, so many of us feel blocked with our sexual energy or disconnected from our bodies in some way. We may be left wondering what we did wrong. Looking at the societal conditioning we grow up with, these blocks begin to make sense: subconsciously, we internalise many messages throughout our childhood and adolescence that tell us there is something shameful about this aspect of ourselves and that it must be suppressed or hidden. This conditioning is especially strong for women, where subtle shame and stigma around menstruation are added to the mix. Many of us powerful women are also carrying soul-level trauma or pain from past lives where it was unsafe to embody our sexuality freely and fully.

The workshop includes 3 live calls, hosted via Zoom, and a range of activities for you to do in your own time. The Zoom calls will be from 7-8pm Western European Time on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the workshop week. If you are able to attend the calls live that is wonderful, as the energy is very strong when we come together to do this work in unison. But if you are unable to join in real-time you can watch back the video at your leisure and still receive the full transformational power of the transmission.
This is incredibly powerful work, which can touch tender places within our beings. You will be held in a profoundly gentle, loving space throughout, as you witness and release whatever needs to be transmuted in order for you to access more of your true feminine power and potential.
