Every experience is unique as I follow the guidance about what is needed in each moment, but sessions include a range of:

• Guided meditations to help you connect with Gaia, feminine archetypes and your female ancestors
• Visualisations to help you gently connect with your yoni, accessing and channelling the immense reserves of creative energy and deep wisdom that she holds
• Light language transmissions
• Loving channelled messages
• Guided nourishing self-touch (non-sexual)
• Gentle breathwork

I will also be channelling the energy of Reiki throughout. You are invited to come deeply into your feminine and fully receive during this session, without the need to speak at all for the duration. You might go into a state of very deep rest but the session will be recorded as an audio track for you to listen back to again in your own time, so don’t worry if you drift off.

You can think of this as being like a relaxing aromatherapy massage for your entire being, whereas the Transformation Session is more like a deep tissue massage!
