The female body is a powerful, mystical, wise thing. Our womb space is a multi-dimensional portal; a place where beings from the spirit world come into physical form. The sexual energy generated and stored in our reproductive organs has the potential to create new life, or anything else we choose to call into our reality through the power of manifestation - it is pure Divine creative life force energy.
In many ancient cultures, the Divine Feminine was revered, Goddess worship was common and the rhythms of the feminine were honored and celebrated. The whole village would gather to celebrate the menarche of an adolescent girl. The dreams and visions received by the women during the sacred time of menstruation would be taken as intuitive guidance for the whole community. But during the past few thousand years, this connection to the feminine has largely been eroded, as the mindset of patriarchy has become a dominant global force.
As a result, many of us grew up with almost no meaningful education about how to connect with our female body, how to follow her natural rhythms, how to pleasure ourselves, how to tune into the power and potential within our own body, how to set healthy boundaries around our own space.
In the absence of this information, we may not even realise that more connection, pleasure, potential, juiciness and empowerment is possible! Or we may sense that more is possible, but not know how to access it. Truly, there is no limit to the deepening pleasure, fun, and empowerment that you can experience once you begin to tap into the innate potential held within your sacred vessel.
- Bringing conscious presence and touch to your body opens you up to new levels of sensitivity, pleasure and awareness in your whole body. This can have enormous impacts in terms of your self-pleasure or sexual union… but also means that something as small as feeling sunshine on your skin or smelling fresh grass can take on a new depth of deliciousness.

- Tapping into your sacred sexual energy increases creativity and productivity, because it IS divine life force creative energy. You can draw on this energy to take aligned action in your projects.

- This sacred sexual energy is POWERFUL and it can light a fire in your belly to create big changes in your life or extend your reach and impact further out into the world.
- Learning to more deeply RECEIVE and hold pleasure in the body also creates new neural pathways, which opens the way for you to receive more abundance in other parts of your life such as love and financial success.
In this 5-week container there will be a weekly live Zoom call during which we will do multi-dimensional energy work, meditation practices and journaling exercises to help you gently clear out beliefs or past traumas held within your body. We will create space for you to tune into the rhythms and whispers of your female body, so you can better hear and honor her needs and desires. Don’t worry if you cannot attend these calls live, as they will all be recorded for you to watch back at your convenience.
The other aspect of the course is self-practice. You will receive new audio meditations each week, which will guide you to physically connect with your body in different nourishing ways. The audios interweave a range of breathing, movement and touch techniques, drawn from the wisdom of ancient Taoist and Tantric philosophies as well as modern breathwork and feminine embodiment practices. I will also be sharing music playlists to help support you creating sacred space.
This is incredibly powerful work, which can touch tender places within our beings. You will be held in a profoundly gentle, loving space throughout, as you witness and release whatever needs to be transmuted in order for you to access more of your true feminine power and potential. There will be a supportive Facebook group, where you will be able to share your experiences, connect with other sisters on the journey alongside you and ask any questions that are arising for you. I will also be available to answer questions 1:1.

The online portal here on my website will open on 20th March with the introductory video and first set of self-practice exercises. The Facebook support group will also open at that time. The first live Zoom call will be on Wednesday 24th March at 7pm GMT, and they will continue at the same time every Wednesday until the closing ceremony on 21st April. I really encourage you to come to the live calls if possible, as potent alchemy is created when sisters gather together to do this work. But if you’re unable to attend some/all of the live calls then don’t worry, you can watch back the replay in your own time.
